The Annual Report of the Deutscher Wetterdienst on the Climate Status

Since 1998 the Deutscher Wetterdienst has been publishing an annual Climate Status Report for the previous year, consisting of periodical contributions on the topics of

• The weather and climate in Germany
• The climate of the German coastal areas
• The agro-meteorological situation throughout the year
• The development of the phenological phases
• The development of the ozonelayer
• The objective weather type classification
• Results of measurements in the free atmosphere
• The temporal and spatial distribution of regional precipitation fields in Europe

and additional essays on one or several topics of interest.

The recurring reports are written in German, some of the additional essays in English.
